Turbo Ventilators

Turbo ventilators are designed and engineered to effectively exhaust industrial pollutants such as smoke, dust, poisonous gases, humidity, fumes, heat, and other invisible irritants from enclosed spaces. By removing trapped heat and industrial emissions, turbo ventilators create a safe, cool, and healthier environment for workers, ultimately boosting productivity. They provide energy-free cooling and fresh air year-round, contributing to overall workplace well-being. In this context, BSSM INFRA plays a crucial role in enhancing ventilation systems.

This product is a wind-operated turbo ventilator installed on the roof, powered by wind to exhaust stale air through its vanes while promoting a natural inward flow of fresh air. Turbo air ventilators operate without electricity, relying solely on wind velocity, and function 24/7 throughout the year. This system harnesses unlimited wind energy, significantly reducing running costs associated with exhaust fans, wiring, and maintenance.

Applications

Technical Applications

As the wind approaches and strikes the ventilator, it creates an area of low pressure on the leeward side of the turbine, facilitating continuous extraction of air from the building. As the turbine rotates, centripetal forces fling air outwards from the tips of the vanes, drawing in replacement air from the building's interior through the throat of the ventilator. This process ensures continuous ventilation. In this context, BSSM INFRA enhances the effectiveness of the ventilation system.
